Our MPC 85% is manufactured from fresh milk sourced directly from our farms. The product is produced by passing the skim milk through a low temperature ultrafiltration process that removes most of the lactose and minerals. It is then concentrated and made into powder using advanced spray technologies. The low heat treatment of the product throughout the manufacturing process ensures that the product has outstanding functionality.
