Whole Milk Powder (WMP) is manufactured from fresh milk sourced directly from our farms. With good solubility, full fat content and a rich creamy flavour, our WMP is produced by spray drying the whole milk using advanced spray technologies with a standard 24% Fat content. Our Whole milk powder has a wide range of applications making it suitable for a wide range of finished goods in either a dry or wet-blend process.
