At Waiū we take care of the quality of our products by using quality inputs (raw milk and ingredients), modern processing technology and 3rd party certified food safety and quality management systems. Waiū is FSSC 22000 certified.
Waiū operates a Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) approved Risk Management Programme (RMP) which includes HACCP plans. The RMP is regularly audited by a MPI approved Recognized Agency.
We use independent IANZ accredited laboratories (part of the MPI Recognised Laboratory Programme) to test our final product quality.
