Waiū Dairy aims to continuously improve and sustainably produce milk powders, high value milk proteins and milk fats to the highest level of quality in our industry.
To do this, we need the best quality milk – therefore, our relationship with our Kaitiaki is paramount to our mutual success.
This means our farms are the vital link in the quality chain to meet our aim of manufacturing high quality dairy ingredients and to support our Kaitiaki. Waiū dairy products meet international dairy compliance standards and ensures there is ecological balance within the farm environment to preserve natural flora and fauna, waterways and oceans.
Our cows are grazed in open fields 365 days a year which provides consumers assurance of our grass-fed status. We manage our livestock to ensure they exhibit natural browsing behaviors whilst protecting and regeneratively farming our soils.
