Our Salted Butter is made from fresh milk collected from local farms. The product is lightly salted with Pacific Natural Sea Salt carefully gathered to maintain the balance of minerals naturally present in salt harvested from the sea. The cream is crystallised and processed through a Fritz butter churn to produce traditional pure butter. Our Salted Butter has the distinct light yellow colour and creamy taste that comes from milk produced by grass fed cows.
